But a new boss baby with a cutting-edge approach and a can-do attitude is about to bring them together again … and inspire a new family business. In the sequel to DreamWorks Animation’s Oscar®-nominated blockbuster comedy, the Templeton brothers-Tim (James Marsden, X-Men franchise) and his Boss Baby little bro Ted (Alec Baldwin)-have become adults and drifted away from each other. doing the same with its entire 2021 film slate, it is looking more and more like Hollywood studios are exploring new release scenarios. It is the first time for NBCUniversal to go this route with a film, and we’re sure the company will be watching the results with great interest. One of the most intriguing things about this release is it will be debuting in theaters and on the Peacock streaming service at the same time. Because who doesn’t want to go back to being a baby? Picking up years after the first film, the original Boss Baby (Alec Baldwin) is going to have to go back a ways to help out Baby Corp.
